The pandemic laid bare the problems in the nursing home industry. Nursing home residents aren’t receiving the quality care they deserve because of these issues—issues like low staffing, unsafe working conditions, and an exodus from the industry due to low wages. At SEIU 2015, we're doing something about it. We're calling on California leadership to support nursing home workers and residents by working to put care first!
